"Marine taught me French twice a week for 5 months when I was posted to work in our Paris office.
I started with a 20 year old "C" grade '0' level so was no language genius! Marine provided a structured, progressive course tailored to my needs that rapidly gave me confidence to speak and use my French. By the end of our course I was able to follow French conversation, respond and engage in conversation appropriately, read the newspaper and write effectively to communicate. "Apart from my desire to be fluent within 2 or 3 hours which was always going to give me problems, the lessons are good. They are helpful, expand my vocab and improve my pronounciation.  I attended a meeting in Paris on Wednesday afternoon where the 10 min intro was conducted in French by one of our staff before we switched to english for a technical demonstration.  I did know the topic but was pleased to find that I could follow the points made well - I could not have spoken the intro in any recognisable French accent but understanding of the written and spoken (not too fast) is significantly improved.
Marine is great to work with, keeps me going during the lesson and makes sure I do not get away with mispronouncing words and drills the language well.  (I have improved my ability to use the French alphabet since I have had to spell all kinds of words during the lessons).
